Delivery & Returns
If ordering multiple items, total shipping charge may be less than shown. At the time of shipping any overcharge will be refunded.
Each order will be confirmed by email. Orders usually ship within two regular business days. Orders containing more than one item will ship when all of the items are available. You can request to ship each item as soon as it is ready, however separate delivery will be more expensive due to additional costs for each shipment. All items are shipped via Canada Post. We do NOT offer overnight courier service.
If you want us to mail your order to an International Address (outside Canada and U.S.), we will contact you by email and advise you of the shipping costs and anticipated delivery time.
Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are 3-9 business days within Canada and 10-14 business days to the United States.
Items to ship within Canada are taxed either with HST or GST according to each province sales tax information. No tax is applicable for across border delivery. However, these shipments may become subject to taxes and duty, depending on each country’s personal exemption limit.

To return an item for an exchange or refund, send it to maps & more within 30 days from the shipment date, in purchasing condition, with your receipt. CDs and DVDs must be in their original packaging.

Returns are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive it. We will credit you in the same method that you used for payment. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card. Please note that we credit for the item only, not for the shipping costs. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
Gift Certificate purchases are final, they are not returnable and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates can only be accepted as an in-store form of payment.
Items reduced in price are final sales and cannot be returned. Globes can only be exchanged. We do not refund or exchange either original antique maps or antique map reproductions.
If you order an item at maps & more as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange it at the maps & more store, with the official sales receipt, within 30 days from the shipment date. The item can also be shipped back with a request for a new item.
